
On last night’s episode of the British show Later With Jools Holland, the Chicago post-blues wailer Willis Earl Beal brought his reel-to-reel player and his brilliantly unhinged voice to television for the first time, singing the everliving hell out of “Swing On Low.” People should put this guy on TV more often.
