Hot 97 Summer Jam 2011

One of rap’s biggest festivals is underway from East Rutherford’s MetLife Stadium, where the packed lineup features Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross and MMG, Young Jeezy, Meek Mill, A$AP Rocky, Azealia Banks and more. Big, unannounced guest spots are pretty much the norm — Drake came out for Lil Wayne’s set last year, for example — so it’s probably worth hitting up the live stream, furnished by Hot 97, once the sets on the Main Stage get going. Check out the loose schedule and watch the livestream below.

Festival Stage (2:30pm EST): A$AP Rocky, Pusha T, Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, Big K.R.I.T., Fred The Godson, Azealia Banks, and B. Martin & Brown Sugar

Main Stage (6:00pm EST): Nicki Minaj, Young Jeezy, Rick Ross & MMG, J.Cole, Wale, Meek Mill, DJ Khaled & Friends, Waka Flocka, Trey Songz, Maino, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, French Montana, Mavado, Tyga, Slaugherhouse & special guest

  2. The lineup actually has a really good edge to it, but I also wonder if they built in enough padding into the set times to play with when 80% of the acts take to the stage a half hour to 45 minutes later than scheduled.

  3. Awesome, got to use this to show my mom the phenomenon of on-stage rapper entourages. Right now it looks like there’s as many people on stage as in the crowd.
