Swedish post-punkers Love Is All have returned with album three Two Thousand And Ten Injuries. It follows 2008’s similarly numerical A Hundred Things Keep Me Up at Night. The 12-song collection’s lead single “Kungen” has a flourishing vocal moment that made me think immediately of “California Dreamin’” and “So Happy Together,” something a Love Is All song has never done before. The band recording the album with the Aislers Set’s Wyatt Cusick using an analog 24-track tape machine. Old-school for sure, but the template’s been expanded.

Two Thousand And Ten Injuries is out 3/23 via Polyvinyl.
