“Work with young singers who never heard the original versions…”
Hehe, not to sound cynical or anythnig, but hell! That shouldn’t have been too difficult.
I heard ‘Just Can’t Get Enough’ sung by a bunch of clotheshorse models on a Gap commercial, but that was about it.
As usual, I was ahead of the cool kid curve.

shit, this is Bizarre. I like the version of “Making Plans for Nigel” in the video (“Too Drunk to Fuck” is…something).
Too Drunk to Fuck acapella with a choir has the potential to be hilarious…
I’ve been listening to this album for a month now non-stop. It’s so much more than a novelty covers disc.
i hadn’t even heard that before…kinda cool

i’ve been loving this album for months! glad it’s getting recognized.
yeah this album really is awesome. it could have easily become a novelty but they pulled it off very well. “guns of brixton” and “this is not a love song” especially.
I had a party full of 30 somethings with babies in the summer and played this album, but they all thought it was dull.
Are you sure 74408 about this?!?
Kick ASS!! What a bunch of real musicians! What a concept…!
