Yorke co-hosted Gilles Peterson’s BBC show a couple days ago, resulting in a chilly, Kraut-y Boomkat-fueled drum and bass/dubstep mix. He also talks about his “incredibly frustrating” Copenhagen trip, Radiohead’s future, Thom Yorke???, etc. Listen.

  1. Anyone else tired of all the coverage pitchfork gives Thom?

      No.

    • No. I actually kind of love that they seem to adore Radiohead/Thom just as much as I do. It’s not like they cover EVERYTHING anyway (well, pretty close to it, but still). He did a secret DJ set for a Haiti benefit in LA last night, which is kind of noteworthy, and that’s not on Pitchfork (yet).

Anyway, he does have indeed have killer taste in music. He seems to be really into dubstep lately, but dubstep’s awesome so it’s all good.

Yes. Pitchfork and everyone else. It’s fine when Radiohead are putting out records but I’m fed up of reading about how long Thom Yorke spent brushing his teeth this morning.

His tracklist is a KILLER, the man has good taste (even if a bit weird), no doubt.
