Though they’ve just released “Today’s Supernatural” as the first single to their upcoming Centipede Hz, Animal Collective have apparently been toting the song around for a little while now. Here’s a clip of them playing the song from last year’s Pitchfork Festival, a clip that’s making the rounds in light of the new information. Watch it below.

I knew it! When I listened to the track, I knew it sounded familiar and that they’d played it at Pitchfork, but I couldn’t track down the video, which actually should have been fairly easy.

they played this at coachella too in ’11. it was awesome then, awesome now.
