Multi-instrumentalist Chris Cohen has logged time in bands like Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti and Deerhoof, but he’ll be releasing his solo debut later this fall on Captured Tracks. A little while ago, we heard the wavy rock number “Caller No. 99,” and today he’s got a new single called “Optimist High,” a grooving, technicolor-tinted burst of psych rock. Stream it below.
