now i regret preordering the album.
Right? They keep building you up but they never break it down and give us what we want on this one. It got a little better with a few listens but its still horrible compared to the last 2

I just listened again and it already got better. I’m down with this album now.
I have a feeling that Hot Chip is so talent and changes so much with every album that the next one could be all bangers again like the Warning. I also feel like once that happens people will look back on this album as a unique stoke of genious.
A Great (but very delicate) album.
They should just make The Warning over again. Made in the Dark wasn’t even that good, just had “Shake a Fist” on it. This one IDK about. I guess the Brits will always like them.
Yeah I’m kind of up and down about this one. Really like some of the songs, but others feel half-baked. It is definitely a grower though.
This album is terrible.
