uh, despite protestations to the contrary, burroughs was not ‘spelling-challenged’ and his punctuational excesses (or absences) were intentional (even when ‘accidental’) and not the result of sloppiness or inattention. seriously: one might want to exercise care when comparing oneself to burroughs, drug-addled though he may have been.
