Last month, the teenage Barbadian cloud-rapper Haleek Maul joined forces with the Chicago production duo Supreme Cuts to release a strong mixtape called Chrome Lips. And now here’s the murky, atmospheric video for first single “M00N,” which is about as ’90s-goth as a rap video can be while still remaining a rap video.
