“Lord Knows,” the lead single from the new Dum Dum Girls EP End Of Daze, is one of the prettiest songs to come down the pike in the last few months. And in the track’s new video, from director Christin Turner, all four Dum Dums play veiled witch brides who summon a shirtless dude from a flaming column. Watch it below.
End Of Daze is out now on Sub Pop.

Rip off of Shivers by the Boys Next Door.
yeah, seriously. bad timing on their part that Divine Fits did such a killer cover of it on their album and actually gave credit.

Amazing song. Has anyone listened to the new LDR? I think it’s a solid song and shows a promising new direction.
Great song.
Echoes of This Mortal Coil “Kanga Roo” (Big Star) and Jarvis Cocker’s “Black Magic” (doing Crimson and Clover), but I like every song that sounds like that, so this is a great one, even with the homage. And that means I just listened to Shivers by Boys Next Door- that one is great too. I think that might be the closest to this. Dum Dum Girls still sound great though.
