I’ve been looking forward to this one. Last night at 10:17 p.m., the messily wonderful Atlanta rap star Gucci Mane released Trap God, his third full-length mixtape of the year. (Yesterday was 10/17, Gucci’s label is 1017 Brick Squad, and I think his old drug-dealing location was 1017 whatever street it was. He’s really running with this thing.) The tape has contributions from Rick Ross, Future, Waka Flocka Flame, Meek Mill, and a bunch of others, and I am expecting good things from it. Hear it below.
