Last month, Local Natives debuted five new songs at a surprise CMJ set — including “Breakers,” the first single from their 2013 LP Hummingbird, the studio version of which dropped the very next day. A couple days ago, they dropped a video for “Breakers,” and made an appearance on the BBC show hosted by Lauren Laverne (of Kenickie!), where they played two tracks from Hummingbird, “Breakers,” and “Heavy Feet.” (“Heavy Feet” was one of the tracks debuted at CMJ.)
