When the Wisconsin duo Peaking Lights remixes a track, they usually slather on a few layers of dubby synth-haze. But in reworking the Montreal band Young Galaxy’s effervescent single “Pretty Boy,” they’ve kept everything sharp and clear, stretching it into a six-minute dance-pop track with a utopian rhythmic ripple at its center.
