It’s been about four years since the once-prolific Muppet-voiced neo-hippie wanderer Devendra Banhart released his last album, and Mala, his long-awaited new one, arrives next week. Banhart has already shared four of the multilingual album’s songs: “Für Hildegard Von Bingen,” “Never Seen Such Good Things,” “Cristobal Risquez,” and “Mi Negrita.” And now he’s letting us hear the entire LP; listen to it below.
(via NPR)
Mala is out 3/12 on Nonesuch.
