i can see now why they were so proud of their version of the song that they put it in the commercial. i’m waiting for their cover of ‘somebody told me’. i think it shared the same level of ubiquity as ‘float on’.

these kidz bop compliations are the freakiest…i’ve been obsessed ever since i saw the commercials.

Do the execs on this project do ANY of their research on these songs? doesn’t seem like it.
