We still haven’t heard “Voyeur,” the track from James Blake’s forthcoming album Overgrown. We have, however, heard the song’s dub version, which Blake is planning on releasing as a single. And now we can also hear that single’s B-side, a foggy and formless near-ambient track called “And Holy Ghost.” Listen to a radio rip of it below.
The “Voyeur (Dub)” b/w “And Holy Ghost” single is out soon on Blake’s own 1-800-DINOSAUR label, and Overgrown is out 4/8 on Atlas/Republic.

Don’t get me wrong, I am super pumped for the new album. “Retrograde” is perfect. But this is hardly a song. Seems weird to premiere it on a radio station. Here’s to hoping there’s no filler on Overgrown.
“Hah, fuck it, I’m giving them the drone track.”
I listen to Retrograde constantly, and Digital Lion every now and then, but I have to agree on this one, too weird and ambient. It should be on a white noise machine.
Well, this won’t be on Overgrown. “And Holy Ghost” is a b-side.
