Watch Katy B Cover Beyoncé’s “Drunk In Love”
Beyoncé’s “Drunk In Love” is shaping up as one of the inescapable songs of the day, a dominant clarion call that packs in more catchprases per second than any song in recent memory. Just in the last several weeks, we’ve heard covers or remixes from James Blake, Angel Haze, Future, Detail, Diplo, Kanye West, and the Weeknd. All of them have done their best; none of them have made the song better. Today, we get two more ones. The young British dance-pop queen Katy B recorded a mellow, downbeat, pianos-and-heartbeats version of the track, in a medley with her take on Tinashe’s “Vulnerable,” in a live-in-studio session for Rinse.FM. And T.I. has haphazardly thrown a slippery, impressive verse onto an EDM remix from something called Watch The Duck. Watch Katy’s version and listen to the T.I.-abbetted remix below.

Real “Drunk In Love” heads already know the best thing anyone has done with the song is this video of Vin Diesel dancing to it.
