Sharon Van Etten – “Every Time The Sun Comes Up”
We’re less than a month away from the release of Sharon Van Etten’s new album Are We There, and she’s only now getting around to letting us hear a second song from the LP. We’ve already posted first single “Taking Chances,” and now she’s followed it up with a tough, gorgeous slow-burn called “Every Time The Sun Comes Up,” the final track on the album. The new song is orchestrated for maximum beauty, but I don’t know if I’ve ever heard SVE put this level of snarl into her voice before; it’s pretty badass. Listen to the song below.
