Watch Journey’s Steve Perry Perform With The Eels Again
Apparently Steve Perry really liked returning to the stage last week because he showed up again with the Eels again last night in Washington, DC. He sang the same songs as last time — the Eels’ “It’s A Motherfucker” and Journey’s “Open Arms” and “Lovin’, Touchin’, Squeezin'” — and a cover of Sam Cooke’s “Only Sixteen.” In our interview with Eels frontman E, he said that “Steve does what Steve does, and you either go along for the ride or you don’t. I would love to do it again because it was such a fun experience, and I hope he will, but I totally understand if he doesn’t. It’s all up to him. I’m at least glad it happened this one time.” Well, it’s happened twice so far and Steve seems to be having a blast. Watch video from the show below.
