This show’s theme was “Homecoming Dance” and a King and Queen were crowned at the end. During the encore they slowdanced to “Fools Rush In.”

Liking the new BSS too, although I was surprised by the mix. On first listen, it bothered me that the vocals on some tracks are so hard to hear, but after a few listens I’m warming to it…

Richard Swift’s album. They just signed to Secretly Canadian and are finishing up a month long residency out here in LA before heading out on tour with BJM/Walkmen/Earlimart. Their live set is one of the best I’ve ever seen.
Broken Social Scene are a classy bunch. I agree on praising their new record- only I need to hear it! Ha! I’m sure it will pop up, but I will definetly be purchasing as well.
