But Crystal Castles’ slinky, Nintendo bleepy makeover of HEALTH’s “Crimewave” — a standout track from the exceedingly good HEALTH // DISCO remix album — well, that can get whatever it wants. The clip has a higher Alice Glass visibility factor than did “Courtship Dating” (she’s singing through a mesh net) and features a down on his luck zombie, mixed in with footage of Crystal Castles supremely strobed live show.

Is “Electro-Generic” an official genre now? Because if not it should be. I’m so sick of all these groups that sound the same…I wouldn’t mind them doing what they do if they didn’t get soooooo much hype and coverage though, that’s what is the most irritating thing about it. I think it’s cool people make music whatever range that should be but why would this get HYPE over something that actually has a changing melody?

Weak and lame video. It seems the band is trying to do their own videos and they are failing big time in visual creativity. If not they wouldn’t use a Madonna pic or Channel logo.
Ethan it is really creative musically and Alice can be replaceable for any Japanese girl and done.
Their stupid child behavior makes us understand that indeed the were an accident and they aren’t ready for 15 mins of fame, trying to create a myth which it’s been used for decades for many other bands as publicity which they deny.
