Watch Vic Mensa Let Off “16 Shots” With Travis Barker On Kimmel
Vic Mensa took his conscious steak to Jimmy Kimmel Live last night to perform his stirring anti-police violence anthem “16 Shots” from his There’s Alot Going On EP. Taking cues from the song’s piercing video, Mensa gets in a scuffle with two dancers dressed as police in riot gear before they’re joined by more dancers for military-like choreography. Then he stops the music to deliver a passionate message about what he calls “the biggest election of our lifetime,” urging people to not vote for Donald Trump. Blink-182’s Travis Barker, who also backed D.R.A.M. on Conan recently, sat in on drums. Watch it below.
There’s Alot Going On is out now.
