Cloud Nothings – “Modern Act” Video
This doesn’t seem like a great morning for an indie rock band to release a new video, but I guess we all still have jobs to do. Early next year, fuzz-bashers Cloud Nothings are coming back with their new album Life Without Sound, and they’ve just shared the clip for the raging and melodic first single “Modern Act.” The clip, from director Michael J.S. Murphy, starts out with three members of the band, made to look like elderly men, visiting the funeral of their monster drummer Jayson Gerycz, and it follows all three of them as they envision a grubby-ass grim reaper coming for them. Check it out below.
Life Without Sound is out 1/27 via Carpark (US) and Wichita Recordings (UK).
