You can thank the crazed Canadian stage-crasher who brought Noel to his knees (and bruised his ribs) the other day for the show’s cancellation, but there’s still a chance to hear new Oasis if you’re in NYC tomorrow. The band’s selected, and will personally teach, 30 street musicians from the MTA‘s Music Under New York Program to perform live premieres of Dig Out Your Soul tunes “The Turning,” “Bag It Up,” “(Get Off Your) High Horse Lady,” and “The Shock of the Lightning.” They’ll be performing in subway stations, at parks, and various landmarks throughout the city. Pretty clever.
