Please don’t stop naming and designing LCD Soundsystem’s new album, but feel free to take a quick break to listen to new LCD non-album track, “Oh You (Christmas Blues).” Those of you who’ve already memorized the James Murphy-rich Greenburg soundtrack tracklist (Virgin, 3/23) should recognize the name. If the tracklist is to be believed, the song appears immediately after Galaxie 500′s “Strange.” That, and Ben Stiller will likely have something to do with its emotion. Keep all of this in mind while you bask in the bluesy, guitar slicing lament over at We All Want Someone To Shout For.

Should there be a link here or is it a just a suggestion to check out the gum mix?
Nevermind, I get it.
Less Bowie, more Lennon. Interesting.
Just wanna let people know that I (annoying bloke who speaks over the end of the song) have posted the interview that goes with the track up on my tumblr, over here http://newnoise.tumblr.com
Cheers. If you listen, you’ll hear I agree with the Lennon shout.
