i enjoyed the video, but i hope the album isn’t all ambient like this song. though i suppose nothing short of antics vol. 2 will make me happy. but i’m trying really hard to keep my expectations low, so that maybe i’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Both the song and the video are a bit anti-climactic, but the sound is much more promising than [i]Our Love to Admire[/i]

holy shit this is terrible. interpol’s lyrics have always been the worst part about the band, but i think maybe this time out their music and aesthetic have caught up.
but please hope the rest of the record is not like this.
