Not everyone (anyone) agreed with VH1′s 100 Greatest Hip-Hop Songs. Let’s see what happens when they talk about folks with guitars. Before we dig in, though, it’s helpful to understand what they’ve counted as “hard rock,” so keep in mind that the five-part television version was hosted by Bret Michaels and that Winger, along with Skid Row, Scorpions, Ratt, and, of course, Poison made the list. ok WHAT THE FK seriously gnr # 1 if anything they shouldnt be on the list it should be iron man at one and Nirvana i honestly think should be higher on the list just saying
What the hell? Im not even a fan of Zeppelin’s but how could you not have Stairway to Heaven on this list, if not #1!?
cuz they suck major ass thats why!!!!!
cuz it says HARD rock dumbass!
Runnin with the devil?? seriously?? sure it has great vocals, but what about “Panama” Great vocals and Eddie`s kick ass riff…
cant forget Eruption, greatest Solo of all time
they also forgot 5 billon handfuls of other songs. i cant get no satisfaction, paint it black, stairway to heaven, purple haze, i could go ON. wow i better see a remake with better songs
might as well put snoop dog on here cuz you all fight like a bunch of nigs and g-n-r suck ac/dc is for joe dirt fans put real bands on here not your favorite ride around and think your somebody singles
I Can’t Get No Satisfaction should have been #3.
Free Bird should have been #2.
Stairway to Heaven should have been #1.
How can you not put Stairway to Heaven on this list? But you have Twisted Sister’s “I Wanna Rock.” Don’t forget songs like You Shook Me All Night Long, T.N.T., Dude Looks Like a Lady, Bohemian Rhapsody, and All Along the Watchtower are all legendary songs that should have been Top 10.
Aerosmith IS America’s Rock’N'Roll Band, and they only had one song….come on Dude Looks Like a Lady, people! At least they got the Who, GNR, and Van Halen in there. What about Do Ya by the ELO? Somewhere from 40-80
oh yeah! at last, welcome to the jungle get what it deserves!
“One” by Metallica should really be a top 5. The song and video introduced most people my age to “non-crappy glam” metal.
I agree. “One” or “Master of Puppets” should of at least been on the list. “Enter Sandman” is good but not the best.
GNR #1 for real lmmfao!!!! over any Metallica song is a joke, having no Slayer song at all is a travesty. This list is an absolute joke, BUCKCHERRY really!!! people cmon and to all you that keep saying tool is one of the greatest hard rock bands ever get a grip. Black Sabbath, Metallica, Led Zepplin, Slayer, Iron Maiden,…. do I even need to keep going
Enter Sandman isnt even Metallica’s best song and its the only one on the list of a 100 WOW!!!!
One, Seek and Destroy, Nothing Else Matters, whiplash, Four Horseman, Orion, Sanitarium, Ride The Lightining hell they could be in the top 50 alone
The Final Countdown should be in top 10 for SURE! Song is master peace it will last forever!
Where is Child in Time – Deep Purple? Rockin in Free World – Neil Young?
Poison – Alice Cooper? And You Could Be Mine is the best of GNR!
Number one should be Free Bird or Smoke On The Water!
We all have diferent taste but realy this list is NOT SERIOUS!
Salute Rockers :D
Hey to idito, don’t be saying no SHIT about Michael Jackson! Michael and Slash made some pretty kick-ass music together and Slash said the man was a FUCKING GENIUS and awesome performer. You might not believe it but Michael was good friends with a LOT of these guys and they all respected him. Pearl Jam and Green Day BOTH took time out of their shows last summer to pay tribute. Michael himself was a hard rock fan, even though it wasn’t his genre. Just saying…he had a lot more respect from these guys than you might think, and he respected them. He doesn’t deserve some smart-ass wisecrack from some narrow-minded macho metal freak like you who can’t get his head out of his ass long enough to appreciate that there are geniuses and people who deserve respect in ALL genres of music.
Exactly, but people on here just love to run their mouths, that’s never going to change. Unfortunately.
My comment above was addressed to idiot, sorry about the typo…I don’t see an edit button here. I was typing really fast (lol).
Evanescence shouldn’t of been on the list. I mean, dont get me wrong, I love Evanescence. They’re one of my favorite bands, but they’re not hard rock. They’re more alternative or gothic rock.
I wished there was more Disturbed or Slipknot. There’s some good bands.
System of a Down should of had “Chop Suey” on here. I know it’s technically nu-metal but it still is hard rock.
Guns ‘n Roses is a good band, if you like that sort of stuff. I was extremely disapointed when “Welcome to the Jungle” was number 1.
Isnt it funny how 90% of all the bands and songs are from the 80′s? A few 60′s, 70′s, and 90′s, but the majority is from the 80′s.
Vh1, I loved your “Greatest Songs from the 90′s” list, but this list is shit.
Thank You :D
Evanescence is considered hard rock, any rock after the full swing of British invasion is what they are going for here, but I agree with the Disturbed, Slipknot, and SOAD, they should replace songs like Party Hard and Lit up on here
Run to the hills is the best song!!
Not really…
Where the FUCK is Pink Floyd?!!!!:O
and sweet child o mine is a HYMN for hard rock.COME ON.
Cherry Bomb-the runnaways
you’re saying that nirvana is a hard rock band?it’s sure a top song of the ’90-es to remeber but not hard rock:O
Cowboys from hell – pantera
?
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………….I Can See How Welcome To The Jungle Is #1, It’s Obvious……………………………………………But I Don’t Like It………………………………………
I would have at least liked to have seen “Baby, I love your way”,”10,000 fists”,”Killing in the name”,”Before I Forget”,”Tonight, I’m gonna rock you,Tonight”,”Heroes”,”Wait”,”Immigrant song”,”Life in the fast lane”,”2 minutes to Midnight”,”Du Hast”,”One Step Closer” (yeah I said it),”Outshined”,”Man in the Box” and “Never Again”. But that’s me.
hey at least there isnt a britney spears song in it
still its a mess
GnR are not 1
scorpions have to be more on da list
I agree with you. That should be quite a task. Where? I got my two cents about it.
Led Zeppelin or Black Sabbath should have been #1!! You can call Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath the Fathers of Heavy Metal, man!! Any of these bands more than deserved to occupy the top spot!! Hard Rock would probably suck if there was no Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath!!
Where is Sonic Youth in this list?
Where the heck is Black Dog by Led Zeppelin? And what about Imagrant Song? Also the inclusion of Down With Sickness by Disturbed should be here as well! I can’t believe artists such as Kansas, journey, and Genesis make the list, but no Judas Priest? They practically invented metal! And who in the world Decided to put Welcpme to the Jungle as #1? In my oppinion Paranoid by Black Sabbath should be #1! ?This list is a piece of crap!
Hi,
You’re not really good data based.
thank for post admin!

Ok..honestly…Metallic, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, and Black Sabbath shouldn’t even be in this list…for the sole fact that they are METAL. They should have their own genre, called AWESOME. VH1 100 Greatest Awesome Songs. All songs by those bands. Just…more songs from Metallica and Iron Maiden.
Okay, at least they didnt put Smells Like Teen Spirit as #1 over Led Zeppelin, and the Who, and Black Sabbath. But it is missing Girls, Girls, Girls by Motley Crue, Stone Cold Crazy by Queen and a couple of other songs. I think the list had the right songs but the order isn’t very good
Though they generally love them, some don’t consider them pure metal (which of course they were not). They remain a category unto themselves. Where are: Black Dog, Communication Breakdown, Immigrant Song, Dazed and Confused, Heartbreaker, Rock & Roll???? Though this list contains some great songs, it is generally weak because of the glaring Zep omissions (among others), and the inclusion of so many horrendous tunes that should not be even mentioned in company of great rock tunes

What about Metallica – Sad but True or Pantera – Cemetery Gates. Their is no Pantera which really really pisses me off.
What are we, a bunch of 5 year olds? Quit bitching over a fucking list, do you realize how stupid most of you look? Holy shit! Well, while reading these shitty comments about how Green Day doesn’t deserve to be on here is really pissing me off. “Basket Case” is a great song, whether you want to fucking admit it or not but you better realize it. Probably most of you on here don’t even know all of the music they’ve made back then, songs like, I Want to Be Alone, Best Thing in Town, Panic Song, Scumbag, 409 in Your Coffemaker, 86, In The End and so on….But no, all you guys want to do is judge them, for what reasons, I don’t fucking know. All I have to say is do some research before you all start shit-talking about a great band! Oh and that comment that goes something like, “how can green day beat slipknot?” hahaha! Probably because SLIPKNOT FUCKING SUCKS DICKK!!!!!!! Grow up, all of you.
Fuck some of these songs but some are good and some suck and don’t need to be on this list. i think The End by The Doors should at least have been on here same thing with more Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd
tokio hotel in the top!!! plz
GNR shouldn’t be #1 IMO. AC/DC should take that spot. Metallica #2, but not with Sandman.
And, if i see Nirvana in the top…whatever…on ANY list again…waaahhhh
Awesome List!!
KISS ROX!!
ROCK AND ROLL ALL NITE!!! Yea!
WHY ISN’T HELTER SKELTER BY THE BEATLES ON THE LIST? WITH OUT THAT SONG NONE OF THESE SONGS WOULD EXIST.
Ok, I understand all the anger with this list, first off, Smells Like Teen Spirit froma musical standpoint isnt worthy of ranking but from wht it did as far as unleashing grunge, very worthy, some songs, i do not understand, those being party hard, lit up, and a few others, seven nation army, not a mind blowing song, but it is good when you consider its just a drummer and a guitarist, creed’s higher, though probably in need of being lower, is a song that came out while they were at one time, the most popular or one of the most popular band in the world, evanesense, lower but keep it, replace buck cherry and andrew wk with something else, a better modern song, the top 10 are perfect, spot on of what it represents, i think their idea of hard rock is anything after the british invasion, so yeah, green day, isnt an amazing band in my eyes, but they did revive punk rock in the 90′s, freak on a leash gave nu metal its moment, well deserving, foo fighters definitley deserving but lower, the beautiful people needs to be lowered, liar needs to be lowered, i know nothing about the darkness so i want judge, smashing pumpkins should be upped along with alice in chains, black hole sun is a great song, should be upped a few spots, idk about tush representing zz top, but other wise they did ok, in my eyes, and yes i know you now hate me, but to replace buck cherry and andrew wk, i say something by disturbed, soad, slipknot, or another modern rock band that has done well in modern times….
welcome to the jungle don’t deserve to be in the first place but lots of guns n roses songs deserve to be there! guns n roses are a great hard rock band! the best of all time but the most knowed is welcome to the jungle so they choose it!
HEY Where the hell is “AEROSMITH”
there are some flaws in this list
100 greates hard rock songs !!! Ruled watched it all im onbly 25 but wish i grew up in these different eras this shit makes the hair stand up on the back of your neck. There will never be anything like it gaian and that a PROMISE!
TomC This list needs to be revamped. Led Zep always #1 in the “hard rock” catagory. Whole lotta love! The Kinks are the first hard rock band. I know, I was there man. They do belong there, 50 -100. We’re talking about the best songs right? Been Caught Stealing is a better song than Mountain! Purple Haze by Jimi not Hey Joe!!! Maybe 20 songs have to be dumped? ANNNNNNNNND…. this next band, they have one contribution to this list….. “HELTER MOTHER FUCKING SKELTER”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hard Rock songs right? Yes, just another genre they do better than most. Get drunk, get stoned, turn that stereo up ALL THE WAY….. and you tell me what’s heavier? Nothing!!! Beatles in the top ten. GET that fucking ‘Living Colour the fuck out of there! They SUCK and they’re NOT ROCK!!!
Really, what do they consider as being Hard Rock songs? And why all these songs are like Rock Band and Guitar Hero songs?! Fuck off!
It’s simple. MTV and VH1 only care about what’s popular. I do agree there are many songs on this list that should either have a better spot or not even be on this list. I will leave it at that, everyone is entitled to like whatever band they want.
what the fucking fuck. pour some sugar on me did not make the list? are you fucking me? how dumb are these idiots? welcome to the jungle is ok but come on? really?
this list is wrong
Where The F*** is STAIRWAY 2 HEAVEN!!!!!!!this list Suxxxxxxxx to the CORE!!!!!!!!!!!
Where is Stairway to Heaven?
how the fuck could green day score 33?!?! didnt the list say “Hard Rock songs”
above both alice cooper and dio! vh1 is a disgrace to musicchannels!
DIS IS SHIT…EVEN DA BEST SONGS OF MOST OF DA BANDS WER NOT DER…LYK
1)GNR’S GREATEST SONG IS SWEET CHILD OF MINE ND NOT WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE
2)MOTORHEAD’S THE GAME BEATS ACE OF SPADES
3)BON JOVI’S GREATEST HIT IS LIVING ON A PRAYER
4)AND FOR QUEEN “WE WILL ROCK YOU” (WHICH WHY IN DA HELL DID NOT APPEAR IN THE LIST??)
5)AS FOR JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE IT SHUD HAV BEEN PURPLE HAZE
6)LED ZEPPLIN’S KASHMIR WAS GREATEST ND NOT “WHOLE LOTTA LOVE”
7)ND HOW IN DA HELL DID “THE FINAL COUNTDOUN” ND “EYE OF THE TIGER” GET BEATEN BY SO MANY SONGS WHICH WER NOT EVEN HALF AS POPULAR AS DEY ARE..
DA LIST = COMPLETE FAILURE
BTW DERZ NO LINKIN PARK,DISTURBED,LIMP BIZKIT,SLIP KNOT OR BULLET FOR MY VALLENTINE
U GUY REALLY GOTTA GET A LOAD OF DEIR SONGS..
ND DER IZ NOT EVEN “KILLING IN DA NAME OF” BY RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE ND ‘MASTER OF PUPPETS’ SCORES OVER “ENTER SANDMAN” FOR METALLICA
Actually Welcome to the jungle is not the best hard rock song of GN’R i.e. there should be either Sweet child o mine or paradise city in the list what the……………..
where is master of puppets and cowboys from hell……….in top 10
this is the poorest list………..
Greenday??????????????????????
c’mon edgar winter at 97? bad company at 78? janes addiction at 71? the darkness at 94? billy idol at 79? i think i just died.
This list is total garbage… embarrassing really.
Here’s my top 10 in no real order
Sanitarium – Metallica
Search and Destroy – The Stooges
Welcome to The Jungle – Guns N’ Roses
The Number of the Beast – Iron Maiden
Unchained – Van Halen
Communication Breakdown – Led Zeppelin
Outshined – Soundgarden
Motorhead – Ace of Spades
Black Sabbath – Paranoid
Among the Living – Anthrax
no oubt these are good songs but some of these aren’t hard rock
To be fair, this list is a lot better than the rolling stone’s 500 greatest I mean Bob Dylan as number one crock of shit… but no Stairway should’ve been #1 ratings wise, as it was the most requested song on FM radio for quite sometime. The only real dispute I have is that Edgar Winter’s “Frankenstein” is only #97 and “Carry On My Wayward Son” is only #96
Hell yeah to Kiss, Motley Crue, Ratt, Skid Row, The Darkness, The White Stripes, AC/DC (“Highway to Hell” and “You shook me all night long” are personally my favorites but oh well), White Snake(What about “Is this love”?), Deff Leppard (“Hysteria” and “Pour some sugar on me” I would have also liked to see) , Ozzy Osbourne, Korn, Kid Rock (Which it should have been “American Badass” instead of “bawitaba”), Twisted Sister (“We’re not gonna take it” would have been a better choice however), Quiet Riot (“Metal Health” should have made it too LOVE THAT SONG!), W.A.S.P (Even though their choice in songs I disagree with “L.O.V.E Machine”, “Wild Child”, or “Forever Free” are much better songs!), Warrant, The Who (Although song choice again questionable “Pinball Wizard” is an example of one that I think is better but there are many more), Joan Jett ( But once again “I love rock ‘n’ Roll” should have taken it!), Scorpions, Judas Priest, Pat Benetar (However “Love is a Battlefield” is a better song), Dio, Bon Jovi, Pearl Jam (“Another Brick in the Wall” should have been on there), Deep Purple, Alice Cooper, Metallica, Guns and Roses, Sammy Hagar (preferably “Heavy Metal” though), and Survivor. But where the fuck is Blondie “Call Me”??!!! Disturbed should be on here “Stricken”, “Inside the Fire”, “Prayer”, “Indestructible”, and “Down with the Sickness” would have been all good choices! Both KISS and Motley Crue deserved more than one song but of course I would say that because they are my favorite lol! Also I like Evanescence “Bring me to Life” and Buckcherry is good too so I don’t see how people are bashing that…although it appears that I don’t like Rock Bands that almost everyone else on the planet likes as far as I’m aware…Led Zeppelin just isn’t hard enough for me at all…I don’t understand what is so amusing about them…not feeling it…Rush I don’t get either although I do like the song they put on here…and I hate the Beatles I’m glad they didn’t make it on here lol. Green Day should not have been on this list…that’s aweful lol. Foreigner deserves to be on here with “I wanna know what love is” or “Hot Blooded”. But I guess it’s obvious I love the 80′s
Wow, you must be from that new generation that downloads all of their music instead of buying complete CD’s. I would suggest you buy the first, second and fourth Led Zeppelin CD’s and listen to them completely and tell me they aren’t hard enough for you. Right off the bat, “Good Times, Bad Times” should blow you out of your chair. All the way to “When The Levee Breaks” should be enough to rock you. Also, let me guess, the only Rush song in you ipod is “Tom Sawyer”, right? This trio has more musical talent in their little fingers than about 95% of the bands on this list. You’re obviously not a musician. Anyway, buy the entire CD instead of the song that the radio plays over and over and over and then, maybe you’ll get it.
Few things….Kiss is the most overated band EVER. Bon Jovi is horrible. Where is Corduroy by Pearl Jam? One of the greatest songs ever. Red HOt chilli peppers are great but “Give it away NOw” Is not hard rock at all. This is one of the many reasons VH1 blows.
It’s not possible to overrate KISS, all of their songs are good and you can’t say that for most bands.
you people are pathetic gettin all pissed over songs grow the hell up
How can Helter Skelter by the Beatles not be in the list? How can Jumping Jack Flash by the Stones not be in the list? During a time of bubble gum music these were hard rock pioneer songs. Also some Rage Against the Machine, probably Wake Up, should be in the list.
I don’t get some of the choice. Rebel Yell instead of White Wedding? Hey Joe instead of Purple Haze? Including Whole Lotta Love and Kashmir but IGNORING Stairway To Heaven? How did Stairway go from the normal number one tune to not making it on the list at all? Did they internalize the sign in Wayne’s World? Which reminds me, where’s Bohemian Rhapsody?
I think there was too much emphasis on metal in this list to the detriment of some important early hard rock anthems. I would have included American Woman by the Guess Who and Better Run Through the Jungle by Creedence. Also the dismissal of Glam was a bit disturbing. An entire genre that took rock into hard, four on the floor areas is just forgotten? Yet not one Bowie or T-Rex or Slade or Gary Glitter tune made it in? What’s up with that?
estoy de acuerdo con cada una de las elecciones especialmente con la de “Welcome to the Jungle”
I agree with each of the elections, particularly with the “Welcome to the Jungle”
Guns N’ Roses¡¡¡¡¡¡¡………U are the best¡¡¡¡¡¡
U are my idol Slash ………….¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
Paranoid, Back In Black and Welcome To the Jungle all deserve to be in the top five. Ozzy Osbourne, AC/DC and Guns and Roses are all great groups. Enter Sandman is good, but I don’t think it deserves to be in the top five. I don’t know what the other song in the top five is. o_0
As for the rest of the list, I think they could’ve put a much better song by ZZ Top than Tush on the top one hundred songs list like maybe Gimme All Your Loving, Sharp Dressed Man, Legs, TV Dinners, Sleeping Bag or Planet of Women. Joan Jett has much better songs than Bad Reputation. Joan Jett is a good artist, but Bad Reputation is over rated and annoying. I’m glad More Than a Feeling is on there. I’m listening to that song right now, and it’s awesome. ^_^ Van Halen’s version of You Really Got Me is better than the Kinks’ version IMO. As a matter of fact, a member of the Kinks’ said Van Halen’s version was better when they heard it.
Some of these songs are over rated, particularly Final Countdown and Tom Sawyer. Final Count Down probably only made it, because it was in the Rocky series. I just watched I Love You Man again recently, and half the movie the two main characters seemed to be talking about how great that song was. I don’t understand why it’s supposed to be such a good song. Hey Joe is good, but is much more of a blues rock song than a hard rock song. Should I Stay or Should I Go? is one of my least favorite songs ever. X( I dislike Poison, Soundgarden and Nirvana. I mostly just hate Nirvana and Soundgarden, because I dislike grunge, though. Smells Like Teen Spirit annoys the hell out of me with all the screaming. As for Poison, they’re my least favorite glam metal group ever.
Besides that half the list I didn’t recognize, but the other half looked pretty good. Not a bad list. ^_^
There is no pink floyd. They are not enough hard rock for you?
I lovvvvve pink floyd, greatest band ever to have lived but not hard rock, more psychedelic rock, little bit like melodys, or poetry but all of that is what makes them unique/awesome in there own way… forsure untouchable. Dont get me wrong they do have songs that deserve to on any list regarding this genre.
Im actually appalled by the list personally, i was very disappointed that RATM wasnt on there, thats hard rock if u ask me…. Lol Foreigner – Hot blooded?? <— really? u call that hard rock, it sounds like a fuck song, Put juke box hero instead, like what were u thinking? Another one is More than a feeling by boston is a complete joke at 39 is pathetic… ugh i could go on for hours. They definitly missed alotttt of other good and better songs. As far as GNR congratz, for sure a top competitor and ACDC of course. Anyways, those are my thoughts. Hard rock, is hard rock and there are more than a few songs here that needd to go..
Cheeers, And rock on!
I could of swore this list was titled “Hard Rock”?!!! Journey? Kansas? Cream? Europe? And the worst of all Creed!!!! Where is Pantera? !!!!!!!!!!!! Moth@$ FU$#%^ PANTERA!!! So, so glad I came to computer and looked at list before I wasted anymore time!!! I thought at the beginning this was gonna be legit!!!
I absolutely LOVE bands like Guns N Roses (before they turned to crap) and Evanescence, etc. but this list is messed up. First of all, Welcome to the Jungle is a great song but definitely not worthy to be in the top 20 here. Queen needs to be higher up, there needs to be more Rush and Helter Skelter by the Beatles should be here. More Zeppelin as well. Where’s Black Dog? Babe I’m Gonna Leave You? Dazed and Confused? What about more Jimi Hendrix? -__-
How is Bullet with Butterfly Wings better than Carry on my Wayward Son, or Don’t Fear the Reaper better than Cherry Pie?
Buckcherry and Creed? What kind of crappy list is this?
WHERE IS “LIVIN ON A PRAYER”??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And im not sure that “Free Bird” is a HARD rock song.
OMG!!!!!!!! “BACK IN BLACK” 2. ON THE LIST??????They should put there “HIGHWAY TO HELL” if they wanted ACDC to be 2.
Any song from the entire catalogs of Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Rush,Queen,Maiden, Scorpions,AIC,Tool,Metallica etc… are better Hard Rock songs than Joan Jett’s Bad Reputation or Survivor’s Eye of the Tiger or Poison or Kid Rock. Give me a break. The morons who compiled this list actually think that Bon Jovi’s You Give Love a Bad Name(#20) is better than Zep’s Kashmir(#21)? Really?! Bon Jovi shouldn’t even be considered as it is pop rock anyway. Autograph? and Europe? Really?! I was having a great evening until I saw this list. Are you guys just here on the Earth to aggravate people or what? Next time you want to put out a Hard Rock list, let the people decide and then describe to them what hard rock is(you know, in your face, balls out, ass kickin’ stuff), and then give them a list of pathetic, non-rockers from which they may not choose from! Bon Jovi should top that list, by the way.
Tweak Sisters vs Megadeath???????? Oh please….. Take my life if Megadeath loses :/
WHYYYY isn’t Def Leppard in the top 10, and WHY was Photograph even the song picked for #13? I think VH1 was snorting cocaine while making this list, or high on LSD, because Metallica should NEVER be behind ACDC and GNR on ANY list, ESPECIALLY Hard Rock. Ugh. Aggravating. Way to be n00bs at music, vh1.

This list is terrible.
first off – only 1 Def Leppard song??? They basically were THE hard rock band of the 80′s.
Where is Sweet Child O Mine? Where is Nuthin’ but a Good Time by Poison? No Livin’ on a Prayer and Pour Some Sugar on ME??!! Those songs right there are probably THE Definition of Hard Rock songs!!!!!!
DR Feelgood? That is probably the WORST Motley Crue song that they ever released as a single (in the 80′s when they were popular)
Looks that Kill, Shout at the Devil, Girls Girls Girls, Wild Side, Home Sweet Home, etc…BLOW THAT SONG AWAY
Andrew WK making the list??
WOW
This list is an ABSOLUTE JOKE.
OH YEAH… Guns n’ Roses deserve it :D
I love rock ‘ n ‘ roll :)
what about Joan Jett or Lita ford????
So, the Eagles ” Hotel California” doesn’t even rate in the top 100 but Pat Benatar ” Heartbreaker” and Kansas ” Carry on wayward son” do??? ooooooooooh k
These also happen to be songs I like, so if I missed one that should have been up here, plz don’t hesitate to call me a “fucking idiot”
Don’t worry. We won’t hesitate to do that, but I think it’s a pretty good list. Rock on. ^_^
