Antony & The Johnson’s Swanlights is out in October. Before then, he’s releasing the five-song Thank You For Your Love, which includes the Swanlights song that gives the EP its name along with The Crying Light bonus track “My Lord My Love,” a new song “You Are The Treasure” and personalized covers of Bob Dylan’s “Pressing On” and John Lennon’s “Imagine” (which he shifts to the first person). You can stream the whole thing (with annoying 30-second pauses) at Peoples Music Store (Via TwentyFourBit). No exact release date just yet.

I’m yet to hear The Crying Light, but maybe it’s the most appropriate time to explore his latest sounds because of the Prop 8 thingy.
Antony is THE WORST! I’d rather listen to a 72 minute bootleg recording of Klaus Nomi farting, than hear one minute of Antony’s incessant warbling. NOW WHO WANTS ICE CREAM?!
