We’re a few months off from Swedish psych rockers Dungen’s forthcoming Tio Bitar, and the first track from the record is a promising peek at what Gustav Ejstes has in store for this round. The first ten seconds alone are a hazy mix of wild eyed drum fills, pristine piano tinkles, and psilocybic guitars, setting the template for the three minute burner. Throw in some trippy ’60s vocal harmonies and lyrics in Swedish, and we may have no idea what Ejstes is singing about, but we bet it’s far out. Grab it.

Tio Bitar comes out on 5/1/07 on Kemado.

“Gör det nu” means “Do it now” and the refrain goes something like, “do it now, then everything will feel better (easier)”. So now you know :P
