Emo’s was our first stop on late-start Thursday, and after a few tunes with Dosh and Bird, we were off to see Marnie Stern and her Rodney Dangerfield impression at Ms. Bea’s. But the lineup the Tag Team folks pulled together for their party was solid from top down, and thanks to photog extraordinaire Abbey Braden (who made Emo’s her home for the day), we have stunning visual depictions of sets from Amy Millan, Tokyo Police Club, Clem Snide, and, if you just can’t get enough, a little more Andrew Bird & Dosh. Enjoy!

i want to drill a tiny hole into andrew bird’s head.
I don’t get tokyo police club.
Did Clem Snide steal Ben Folds’ bassist? Dude looks familiar.
i was thinking the same thing about clem’s bassist during the show. i looked at his bass case and it had Ben Folds written all over it.
Thanks for the a! While he seems like a solid bassist, Eef should’ve just gone to the source and poached Darren Jesse.
Did Clem play any new tunes? Thoughts?
I meant Sledge. I need a nap.
haha. here is a video of Marnie’s Rodney Dangerfield impressions. I think in this case, a video is worth 1000 words. check it. rel=”nofollow”>http://www.yaris-sxsw.com/action.php?video=35 tons of other sxsw video/photo coverage on the site as well!
