
The last time we saw “Can You Tell,” Ra Ra Riot were showing David Letterman his first cello. For the The Rhumb Line track’s official video, the Syracuse-based Barsukers show up outside someone’s door breathing steam, showing themselves one-by-one through the peephole with flowers (and drum sticks) and lines like “my bed’s too big for just me,” leaving a trail of pedals in the snow when their offerings are rejected. Toward the end, they try working on it together.
