I can also tell by their shape. Her top is not really tight at all, in fact it is not tight enough and does not offer enough coverage that is why her nipple fell out. I work for an anesthesiologist (anesthesiologist= doctor who puts you to sleep for surgery) so I see many women who come in to have aumentation surgery. Given my daily experience with the procedure, I can say without bias or prejudice that Ms. Lohan HAS had breast work.
Her implants do look better than many I have seen. (Most women who come into our office for the surgery chose an implant that is MUCH larger than their natural breast, thus the streched, obviosly fake look) but Ms. Lohan, who had larger breasts naturally, had enough natural breast tissue to support the size of her implant.
Now I am not here to either support or discourage women from getting implants, but I do believe that if you are considering augmentation, you should be making an informed decision. That said, the anesthesiologist that I work for DOES handle augmentation surgery, but he also handles cases where women are having their implants removed due to complications (implant ruptures, leaks or gets infected.) and it is NOT a pretty picture. Often, the women look deformed, some women experience physical illness, and implant infection (which happens more often than many would tell you) can cause permanent damage.
Your choices are your own, just make sure that you are educated as to all of the possible consequences before you make your decision.
