Tonight’s your last chance to open your wallet and save Tom Scharpling’s brilliant indie rock friendly WFMU program. Pledgers get an exclusive Paul McCartney covers comp with tracks by Death Cab For Cutie, Ted Leo, and Aimee Mann. Ted and Aimee (along with Paul F. Tompkins and John Hodgman) join Tom in the flesh tonight for music and mayhem. Tune in 8-11PM and give them all your money and they’ll probably play “The World Is In The Turlet” for you.

Why aren’t you tagging Death Cab? I mean, is it because the last thing the world needs is stuff about Death Cab?
I agree, Ted Leo/Rx is better.
