The melodies go modal, the bridge’s chords discordant, “it’s nothing that you can’t come through” the soulful albeit only half-encouraging mantra residing inside the moody Woon new one. he has it soooo much over james blake
To be honest, the use of bass and silences make’s Blake’s music worth listening to. Woon is just a whole other musician, lyrically and musically.
I personally a fan of both…I think we should add Katy B into the mix:) Listen to her new album!
