Oscar-winning industrialist Trent Reznor’s working with The Social Network director David Fincher again, this time on the soundtrack for the forthcoming English-language film adaptation of Stieg Larsson’s The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. One of those tracks is a cover of Led Zeppelin’s “The Immigrant Song” with Where The Wild Things Are‘s Karen O on vocals. You can hear it in the following trailer:
The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo opens 12/21.

My favorite Zeppelin song. This is too awesome, can’t wait for an mp3 of this song.
I thought I was watching the trailer to the next Bond movie.
No one can ruin that song.
Where is the trailer? sony took it down, I want to hear this.
TR + KarenO + Led Zeppelin = OMFG
the trailer looks awesome too
sounds good. like zweibel said it’s hard to ruin that song but I still had my fears.
or should I say sounded. I saw it before sony got all protective.
Dangerous ground covering Zepplin. Sounds good.
If you are looking for new indie music, check out my new album, “You might not be ready but your kids are going to love it.” We sound as if Bruno Mars went on a three day bender with Charlie Sheen and recorded a dozen songs with Passion Pit, MGMT, and One Republic before passing out in a Hard Rock Hotel bathroom.
