After releasing the excellent lead MP3 “Reflection Of The Television,” Scottish emo-gazers the Twilight Sad made “I Became A Prostitute the first single from their forthcoming, sophomore full-length Forget The Night Ahead. The smoldering guitar racket soundtracks some pretty simple but darkly hypnotic footage of a burlesque dancer, teasing and posing as James Graham pushes his choruses skyward and into the red. There seems to be a lot of hype surrounding The Twilight Sad at the moment. I’m yet to fully understand all of it but I need to listen to more material for sure.
