The first cut from James Blake’s upcoming Enough Thunder arrived today via a rip of BBC radio, and its a strange, somber track that glides on glitchy, twittering loops. It’s something of a cross between the more chopped up dub of Blake’s earliest stuff with the crystalline vocal work of his debut LP.
Enough Thunder is out 10/10 on Atlas.

A song without too many lyric repetition as the others, kinda good. He shows his vocal talent again finally.
good blend of the old and the new stuff.
2:13 feels rewarding.
I would probs slow dance my babe at the beginning. Just nice and feel that connection. You know? Then we would be grindin’ at that 3:16 mark and she’d be my hoe, if she felt like it. My girlfriend lives in Canada though, so I don’t know if we’ll get that opportunity.
