Over the past year, Twin Shadow’s added a ton of muscle to his live show, and that swagger is reflected in his new cover song, “Changes.” It’s a vibrant, dancey interpretation of Bagarre’s “Circus Is Gone” that displays Lewis’s most confident vocal work yet.
Twin Shadow’s follow-up to Forget is due out early next year on 4AD.

I dig this. Call me crazy but I wish he would rerecord his album with the more upbeat, dancy versions of the songs that he plays live. I always find myself coming back to those.
