I am not embarrassed about my love for the Reminder. That is a truly wonderful record. Who the fuck cares that other people also liked it? I learned to get over that shit 20 years ago when everyone started liking other records that I liked “first,” i.e. Nevermind, Blood Sugar Sex Magik, Ten, etc. Come on Stereogum; you can grow up too. If “same people who liked The Reminder will probably like this one” then I am looking forward it. cheers.

It’s great to see Michael Robenalt cement himself as the number one commenter in Stereogum, although after two strong releases he will have to hold off other top-tier acts like MikeyObviously, djfreshie and Conor Johnson, all of whom have highly anticipated comments expected soon.

The wildly uneven Michael_ is struggling to find his niche, while hyped newcomer The Aura of the H-Man will want to deliver on his sophomore effort.

    Guys i live forty five minutes away from Asbury, but i am too young to have driver’s license and my social group is CHUMP CITY and Thinking Fellers is my favorite band of all time and so… frown. An ATP wanders into my backyard and I’m stuck staring out the screen door. Ah.
