Last week, Swedish indie-pop wonder Jens Lekman played Chicago’s Lincoln Hall and played a new song, one he didn’t deign to name. It’s a characteristically sparkly number that opens with the line “I’m a 42-year-old woman, 6’1″ with a wooden leg” and he played it as a spirited duet between acoustic guitar and drums. Someone in the crowd got it on video. Watch it below.
Lekman’s new EP An Argument With Myself is out now on Secretly Canadian, and it’s good.
