Balam Acab tries his hand at a remix of Twin Sister’s sprawling “Kimmi In A Rice Field,” and he pretty much leaves the lustrous vocal alone, rather resolving to outfit the track with a twinkling, woozy stutter. It sounds like a “Kimmi In A Rice Field” music box, which isn’t at all a bad idea. Download the remix after the jump.
Balam’s Alec Koone made his live debut at Salem United Church of Christ in Harrisburg, PA on Friday; we’ll letcha know if YouTube pops up.
