Jesse Dylan knows a few things about dealing with difficult, enigmatic musical-genius types. He is, after all, the son of Bob Dylan, and he directed Method Man and Redman in their cinematic opus How High. For his latest effort, he’s helmed the bare-bones video for Tom Waits’s junkyard-blues howler “Satisfied.” In the clip, Dylan films Waits in high-contrast black-and-white as he does his deranged-preacher impression and pulls off impressive old-man angry-rooster dance moves in flickering backyard light.
