  1. Diamond Eyes!!

  2. I would have to say White Pony

  3. Saturday Night Wrist!.

  4. White Pony!

  5. Around The Fur!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. Adrenaline.

  7. The amazing White Pony !

  8. White Pony makes my pants tighter.

  9. Hard to say White Pony is definitely hands down favorite front to back, but the album that has most significance would be the Self-Titled album. The album came out on the day a very close family member died and it also helped me get through it. It was weird many of the songs remind me of that person especially Deathblow.

  10. The album that changed my life. White Pony.

So much so that the pony is tattooed to my right arm. Timeless.

  11. Sat nite wrist.

  12. Diamond eyes.

  13. Diamond Eyes and White Pony, at the same level.

  14. Saturday Night Wrist.

  15. ADRENALINE. This would be the most amazing set to add to my record collection!!!!

  16. I don’t know. All there albums are amazing, but I’m currently really into Diamond Eyes right now, so i’d say Diamond Eyes.

  17. White Pony.

  18. White Pony. You grave robbing neanderthals…

  19. around the fur !

  20. While I love every album for their own reasons, I would have to say that “Diamond Eyes” is the best for so many reasons. The biggest one is the overall production on the record. Stef’s guitar has the right parts of muddiness and low end for the 8 string guitar, without being so high in the mix, and drowning out Chino’s guitar parts. Abe’s drums have perhaps the best overall sound since “Digital Bath”. You can really feel the attack on the kit and how well Abe is able to lock in on a groove. Finally Franks samples and effects can be heard clearly and up front in the mix. He has really progressed as a member of the band and allowing his parts to take the songs to different places. The songs on this album flow so much better than any one before it, “White Pony” isn’t too far behind though, and has the “trifecta” of songs (sextape, risk and 976-evil). Chino’s voice sounds really strong on this one, combining things from every album before it. To me this is the most complete Deftones record there has been, all killer no filler, and it sounds even better, if you can believe that, on the amazing cream white vinyl.

  21. I have to go with the self-titled Deftones album. It’s the first Deftones album I really got into and it was the tour for this album where I got to meet the band, so they will be forever linked in my mind. Oh yeah, Abe kills it on drums as well :)

  22. Around the Fur

But seriously. All of them are incredible.

  23. ADRENALINE!!!! Perfect!!!!

  24. Around The Fur

  25. I am pissed that this is Americans only.

  26. after all this time Adrenaline is still the hardest album

  27. I came to know Deftones during White Pony. Elite, passenger, Knife Party are at the top of my list. But I fell in love hardcore with Diamond Eyes after seeing them on tour. So it’s kind of a toss up between the two.

  28. Around the fur!

  29. around the fur

  30. adrenaline cause brings me so much memories

  31. If I have to choose just one, it has to be Around the Fur. They really found their sound on that record and it’s a blueprint for all the others to follow. That record has such a range from heavy, in your face songs like Head Up and My Own Summer to more melodic to Lhabia and Dai the Flu.

  32. I live everything from Adrenaline- Diamond Eyes, but I’d have to say Diamond Eyes takes the prize as my favorite! It has so much emotion and visuality in the whole record and I can listen to it without skipping a song, which is hard for me to find! Seeing them in Vegas and hearing the songs Live made me love this record even more! Thank you Deftones for making such fucking awesome music that I have grown up listening to since I was a teen! You guys kill it:)!!

  33. White pony >

  34. “Around the Fur”

  35. Adrenaline!!!

  36. Around the Fur

  48. saturday night wrist :-)

  49. white pony!

  50. Around the Fur. hands down, no doubt, bada bing bada boom, boom-shaka.

  51. Pretty tough to choose, considering all of their LPs have songs I absolutely love. But considering an entire album as a whole, it’s a toss-up b/t “Around the Fur” and “White Pony” for me- and I’ll give the edge to “Around the Fur.” (I didn’t get into “Adrenaline” til after the fact, otherwise it would probably be more seriously considered. And likewise I think even Diamond Eyes could have a strong case be made for it, but I’m not 17 anymore.)

  52. DEFTONES – self tittle deftones its a great album! the cover its great too.

  53. Adrenaline – it starts everything!

  54. Around the Fur – Put the guys in a huge level

  55. white pony – makes them so famous

  56. White Pony, followed by Around the Fur or S/T. Still, you could argue that the Deftones are one of the few bands from that era that haven’t released a bad album.

  57. Saturday Night Wrist – the first time that i could saw them live

  58. Diamond Eyes – Beautiful songs, really nice videos and a great cover

  59. B-sides & Rarities – A great selection of song, and an awesome way to give them that deftones style

  60. Gonna go ahead and have ta go with Around the Fur on this one.

  61. White Pony

  62. Adrenaline!
