Actually, the guy in the picture is Barry Bostwick, probably best known as the mayor on *Spin City*. The sleazy guy on CSI is played by an actor named Timothy Carhart. And since I’ve never seen either *Red Dragon* movie I’m not sure who you’re talking about there, but neither Bostwick nor Carhart is in either one.
