Who Should Star In The Joe Strummer Biopic?

Now that Julie Delpy (Beyond Sunrise, Beyond Sunset) is attached to direct the forthcoming Joe Strummer biopic The Right Profile, who should star as Joe? The picture above, to me, suggests a skinny Jason Segel. Anyone else seeing that? The movie allegedly focuses on Strummer after 1982, so that should certainly be considered.
