Joanna Newsom’s highly anticipated “Good Intentions Paving Company” video was directed by Karni & Saul way back in June. We showed you fun behind-the-scenes photos then; now, we’ve got some live action footage, albeit less than one minute long. Still, enough to keep us excited for the eventual seven minute visual package of the Have One On Me standout. Assuming it too will be released one day too far in the future. Watch here.

what a body miss newsome! :O so so beautiful :)
why must this only be an excerpt?!! gahhhhh!!!
I never liked or understood Newsom’s music. I don’t get it at all, I can’t find any hook, no atmosphere that I like either. The video was rather uninteresting to me too, it had a ’90s idea, but with CGI. I’m happy that she has many fans, it’s just not my cup of tea.
So yer point is?
I think her point is that she has an opinion and she needs to share it. If I were to comment, my point would be the same, but my content would be the exact opposite.
lady gaga writes great hooks
You can’t find a hook in Good Intentions Paving Company? Maybe you should actually listen to the song, or find out what a hook is, and then promptly place your foot in your mouth.
And Newsom don’t need no hook for her shit.
Lovely <3
