The National, who have been staying pretty busy lately, brought out Arcade Fire’s Win Butler in Montréal Friday night for a performance of “Start A War.” Check it out after the jump.

Although I am no longer the tremendous fan of The National as I was before, their show last week was the 2nd best concert I have seen this year, losing out to Arcade Fire, i.e. This is just awesome.
@alex manning my 2nd as well! when win came out i was too far away to see his face, i was like who is this jackass and then voice comes out and man was it beautiful. so glad i went!
Which of his countries did Win do proud? Because I’m pretty sure he’s just as American as the cats in The National…
