Megafortress is the alias of synth artist Bill Gillim, and his self-titled album is coming later this month. Below, we’ve got a stream of “Green Child,” which lays Gillim’s unearthly falsetto over an impressionistic vintage-keyboard landscape. If Bon Iver ever recorded the score for a Michael Mann movie, something like this might be playing during the inevitable sunset-over-the-ocean scene.
