Way back in 2010, we posted “Bummer Summer” and “Let’s Get Away,” two tracks from the brotherly Philly garage-psych duo PO PO. The band is finally getting ready to release Dope Boy Magick, its debut album, on Diplo’s Mad Decent label. Below, download “Final Fight,” a quick little zoned-out two-minute fuzzbomb of a song named after a truly great arcade game.
Dope Boy Magick is out 2/28 on Mad Decent.

somehow i missed the other two songs, but i really liked “Kill Tonight” by them when i first heard it. i’m loving the eastern influences in this song – can’t wait for the album!
I like how they sample Soundgarden’s Spoon Man.
don’t be held back
CAAAAALLLLLLBAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!!!!
Is that meant to be a shot? Similar rhythms plus power chords does not equal plagiarism. You actually have to play the same chords and in the same sequence, but I’m sure your keen ears knew that.
this is old as fuck. i remember they were playing this jamb back when they were opening for slay bells in ’10 which is 20 yrs internet time.
i fux wit it
